Scheme description

This crossing is one of the first parallel signalised crossings in the UK, providing a safe crossing for those travelling by foot or by cycle. It will overcome the severance of Gillbent Road and safer, easier access to local schools. The crossing is part of a wider scheme, providing links around Gillbent Road.
