Scheme description

This scheme will enable more cycling and walking trips by delivering a “missing link” to connect Oldham town centre with the NCN 626 route through to Ashton-under-Lyne and the Lees Linear Park cycle route, overcoming an existing heavily-trafficked pinch point.
