Getting started: Just ride

It's like riding a bike, you never forget how.

1. Dust off your bike

Got an old bike? Fetch it out of storage. Or borrow a neighbour’s bike. Pump up the tyres, test the brakes and you’re good to go!

2. Find a quiet place

Find a quiet backstreet, local park or even your garden, anywhere you can safely wobble about a bit.

3. Just ride!

Within minutes, we reckon you’ll be having a blast!
